Hello and thank you for visiting! It is my goal as your full service real estate company specializing in Sales and Rentals in the Florida City, Homestead, Kendall, and Miami areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. My local expertise and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about renting, buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer. Believe it or not, I am a South Florida Native. I was born and raised in the South Dade. I love my community and where I live. South Florida has so much to offer and is a wonderful place to call home. After graduating from Princeton Christian High School in 1995, I started college in Cullowhee, NC at Western Carolina University. College was a fantastic experience in a small town, but I couldn’t wait to get back home. I decided to finish my last semester interning at the University of Miami. In the fall of 1999, I graduated from WCU with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Fitness Management and one class short of a Minor in Marketing. My college career was very diverse and useful, although it was not real estate related. I tried the exercise field, but it just didn’t pay the bills. It was inevitable that I end up in real estate, since it was a family business. So in the spring of 2002, I got my real estate license. I joined the Coldwell Banker Bishop Realty team because of the family connection (Bishop Realty) and the global reach of oldest real estate franchise (Coldwell Banker). I enjoy helping people buy, sell and rent property more than I ever expected. I believe in my business, my office and in the community that I work.
